Of course, it is going to! Have you come across anything in the world around you that isn’t disrupting HR? When things from decades ago like analytics and technology are still disrupting HR, how can something as big ticket as blockchain not! Frankly, I’m quite tired of HR being disrupted. One would think that the landscape is changing every minute but honestly, it hardly is.
It’s high time we stop talking about being disrupted and do something. I swear my head will explode if I hear or read the word ‘disrupt’ and the like once more. Yes, I know, I’ve used it 5 times already in a tiny piece of 110 words.
