Because I will be racking my brain for plans for the next year, I am going to share most of them or all of them here. Hopefully, you will be able to use much of what I am thinking about if they aren’t already in place at your organization. You could also help me fine tune some of my thoughts.
A lot of my ideas will not be original and most probably be what already standard practice at yours is. I would highly appreciate any help. I would also love it if you like anything I say here and would like to implement it at your company. After all, collaboration and sharing is why I started the blog in the first place.
