I have an announcement!!!
Over the past months, I have been working with the team at NHRDN (National Human Resource Development Network) in India on launching a podcast. Yes, a podcast designed and built from scratch by your very own. It has been a labor of love, it’s out & I’m dancing in joy! It has been hard to not share it with you on this blog until now.
HR Bandit, a podcast hosted by me, is designed to be a fun-filled podcast that covers research, HR in the news and other trending topics. Each month, I bring on a guest to the show to discuss the top three topics of the month. The first episode is up. Head to wherever you listen to your podcasts and search for HR Bandit.
While I have been a guest on a few podcasts in the past, this is the first I have created and hosted. I look forward to your feedback on how I can improve. While doing so, please do not forget to subscribe and share it with your friends. There is a very long list of people to thank who made this opportunity come to life. However, dear reader, you are a big part of it all. None of it would have been possible without your support. Wherever you are in the world, please know I am sending out heartfelt thanks and many hugs. Now before I sob uncontrollably into my laptop, I will let you go & give the first episode a listen.
Thank you!
Hi Ankita,
Congratulations on your first podcast ! Have recently started listening HR podcasts and your’s would be a new addition to my list 🙂 Have been following your blog for quite sometime now to find insights on various HR topics and I have picked up ideas from your experience as well !
The podcast was an insightful and thought provoking discussion with very relevant topics been chosen for the same. I look forward to listening more !
A small observation from my side – The podcast background music was slightly overpowering for me and sometimes it distracted me away from the conversation, a more soothing and subdued background music would be a great option 🙂
Thank you Anasuya! I am glad you enjoyed the podcast & the blog. The feedback on music is valuable – I will definitely take it on for the next one. Keep the feedback coming 🙂
