It’s the time of year for hot chocolate, holidays and much merriment. It’s also the time to look back and reflect on the major HR trends that dominated much of 2013.
While a lot of us will be looking at the major trends for 2014 and trying to incorporate them in our organizations, it is important to look back on our individual achievements and ‘the not-so-wise’ decisions and to learn.
For me personally, this blog has been a big step. I have learnt a lot in the past year on both the professional and personal front, made innumerable mistakes and few wise choices; but this is how we learn and grow. I have also made a list (I do love making lists) for all that I want from 2014.
